Tiada teknik, tiada tekanan. Hanya mengacau, menunggu, dan sudu pertama di bawah kulit keemasannya.<br \/>\nVanila Madagaskar adalah klasik kerana suatu sebab. Ia pekat, berkrim dan manis, sesuai untuk pencuci mulut musim sejuk yang perlahan seperti ini.<\/p>\n<p>Resipi di bawah. \ud83d\udda4<\/p>\n<p>Hidangan untuk 6 orang<br \/>\nAnda perlukan:<br \/>\n110g beras arborio atau bijirin sederhana<br \/>\n1L susu penuh krim<br \/>\n150ml krim pekat<br \/>\n80g gula kaster<br \/>\n3 sk Ekstrak Vanila Semula Jadi, Asal Madagaskar<br \/>\n50g mentega tawar<br \/>\nSecubit garam<br \/>\n3 biji pir yang kukuh, dibelah dua dan dibuang empulurnya<br \/>\n40g gula perang<\/p>\n<p>1. Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 150\u00b0C (130\u00b0C kipas). Kacau nasi, susu, krim, gula kaster, 2 sudu teh vanila dan garam terus ke dalam pinggan pembakar 1.5L yang telah dilumur mentega. Letakkan 20g mentega di atasnya.<br \/>\n2. Bakar tanpa ditutup selama 30 minit, kemudian kacau kulitnya perlahan-lahan kembali ke dalam.<br \/>\n3. Sementara itu, letakkan pir yang dipotong menghadap ke atas di atas dulang yang dialas. Campurkan gula perang dengan 30g mentega cair dan \u00bd sudu teh vanila yang selebihnya, kemudian sudukan ke atas pir.<br \/>\n4. Kacau puding sekali lagi dan letak pir ke rak bawah. Bakar kedua-duanya selama 60 hingga 75 minit sehingga puding berkrim di bawah kulit keemasan dan pir lembut serta terkaramel.<br \/>\n5.
